The review covers the contemporary management of coronary artery disease, new approaches to the treatment of coronary artery disease in patients without possibility of myocardial revascularization or having undergone revascularization. The safety and effectiveness of shock-wave therapy in this group of patients is presented.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Статья представляет обзор опубликованных данных, посвященных важнейшей проблеме современной кардиологии - лечению ишемической болезни сердца (ИБС) при наличии дисфункции левого желудочка, а также улучшению качества жизни больных. Рассматриваются проблемы терапии ИБС в современной кардиологии, новые подходы к лечению ИБС у пациентов с невозможностью выполнения хирургической реваскуляризации либо уже перенесших реваскуляризацию миокарда.
