The positions of acetylsalicylic acid (ASA) are designated as the primary basis of a prophylactic antiplatelet strategy. Attention is paid to a new risk stratification for the calculation of the duration of DAT, recommendations for the proper choice of receptor inhibitors for adenosine diphosphate type P2Y12, for switching between oral inhibitors of P2Y12 and for the duration of DAT in different forms of CHD. The review discusses adherence to therapy with ASA and DAT.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В представленном обзоре изложены некоторые основные позиции новых европейских рекомендаций по применению двойной антитромбоцитарной терапии (ДАТ) и тройной антитромботической терапии у пациентов с ишемической болезнью сердца при разных подходах к ее лечению (консервативном, инвазивном и хирургическом). Обозначены позиции ацетилсалициловой кислоты как первичной основы профилактической антитромбоцитарной стратегии. Уделено внимание новой стратификации риска для расчета продолжительности ДАТ, изложены рекомендации по правильному выбору ингибиторов рецепторов к аденозиндифосфату (типа P2Y12) по переключению между пероральными ингибиторами P2Y12 и по длительности ДАТ при разных формах ишемической болезни сердца.
