Abstract

Magnetotranport properties of electron-doped layered superconductor Nd2–xCexCuO4 (x = 0.145) with intrinsic Josephson junctions are studied in the resistive state and in the Josephson vortex flow mode. We associate the periodic steps of magnetoresistance, (B), observed in the flux-flow mode with the resonant response of the system to the magnetic field-induced change in the number of Josephson vortices, each of which contains a quantum of magnetic flux.
