Resumo

Field studies realized in 2018—2020 on the territory of Guatemala at the Casa de las Golondrinas made it possible to document more than 400 rock painting, most of which have an abstract form. A rock complex that served as an ancient observatory was also discovered. The analysis revealed star map including the South Pole, the most exact for all Ancient World. Dates of 6 thousand years BC anticipates the creation of the first Mesoamerican civilizations.
